Mirage Tin Gold is a collection of 18/10 stainless steel cutlery with polished finishes in gold PVD and acrylic handles with double gold-plated ferrules.
Mirror polishing cutlery is a surface processing process through which, with the use of special rollers and fine-grained abrasive pastes, the required gloss is obtained.
PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition. It is a technology used to colour steel by depositing very thin metal films. The process takes place inside vacuum chambers and consists of evaporating and subsequently condensing the metals on the cutlery. This treatment, with a range of gorgeous colours, not only enhances the cutlery but also makes it more resistant to wear and tear and scratches and is perfectly sustainable and suitable for use in the food industry.
Gilding is an application of 24K gold carried out manually on the edges, friezes and engravings of the cutlery to highlight the special processes of the ferrules.
Mirage Tin Gold is a luxury cutlery range of aristocratic taste which recalls the splendor of the Baroque period. Made of mirror-polished steel with a golden PVD finish and coloured resin handles with mother-of-pearl effect, this cutlery line is distinguished by its double ferrule; one of these joins the steel part, and the other is the end of the handle. The ferrule decoration is inspired by the friezes and stuccoes used to decorate villas and historical buildings, and gives the table a taste of past nobility. The various colours available make it possible to create personal combinations with classic style porcelain and tableware, even in everyday life.
Mirage Tin Gold is a cutlery collection available in a wide range of 15 items and 7 colours. It can be sold loose so the set can be composed according to different needs or in packs. Cutlery with gold decoration can be washed in the dishwasher on a gentle cycle at low temperatures of 40-45 °C.
